Saint Marys River at St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne affecting Allen IN County. For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.
