Description
Overview
At 1125 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Fairfield Glade to 12 miles northwest of Spring City. Movement was east at 10 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

Impacts
Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Fairfield Glade, Crab Orchard, and Lake Tansi. This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 325 and 339.
Instructions
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
