Description
At 1140 PM CDT...A strong thunderstorm was located near Fairhope Pier, or 7 nm east of Mouth Of Mobile River...moving southwest at 15 knots. Locations impacted include... Gaillard Island, Pinto Island, Weeks Bay, Dog River Bridge, East Fowl River Bridge, Fairhope Pier, Middle Bay Light, Mouth Of Mobile River, Battleship Park, and Point Clear. The primary threats from this storm are wind gusts up to 30 knots... locally higher waves...and heavy downpours. Boaters should consider seeking safe harbor until this storm has passed.
