Description
The areas affected include... Waters from South Santee River SC to Altamaha Sound GA out 20 NM... Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA extending from 20 to 60 NM... Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA extending from 20 to 60 NM... * At 122 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 6 NM northwest of Edisto Forty Reef to 6 NM south of R7 Tower, moving northwest at 10 knots. Locations impacted include... Betsy Ross Reef, Beaufort 45 Feet Reef, Hunting Island Reef, Fripp Island Reef, General Gordon, Fripp Island Wreck, Hilton Head Reef, Fripp Inlet Buoy, R7 Tower, Saint Helena Sound, Pelican Bank, Edisto Forty Reef, Buoy L, Dredge Henry and Latex Barge.
