For the following areas... Coastal Waters From Ochlockonee River to Apalachicola FL out to 20 Nm... Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... At 127 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near O Tower, moving east at 10 knots.

Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.
