What
Northeast winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 14 to 19 ft expected.
Where
The coastal waters from Duck to Cape Hatteras, and the offshore waters from Duck to Cape Hatteras.

From 7 AM Wednesday to 6 PM EDT Friday.
Impacts
Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
