For the following areas... Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach out 20 NM... St. Andrews Bay Waterways... At 504 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 nm west of Panama City Beach, moving northwest at 5 knots.
