SMWTAE The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a * Special Marine Warning for... Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 830 PM CDT. * At 627 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 21 nm southeast of Okaloosa Deep Water Reef, or 30 nm southwest of Panama City Beach, moving southwest at 15 knots.
