FFWAKQ The National Weather Service in Wakefield has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Cumberland County in central Virginia... Powhatan County in central Virginia... * Until 300 AM EDT. * At 1148 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain falling across the warned area. Up to 3 inches of rain has fallen in the past two hours. The expected rainfall rate is 2 inches in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
