FFWEPZ The National Weather Service in El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... North Central Hudspeth County in western Texas... * Until 1145 PM MDT. * At 954 PM MDT, Thunderstorms with torrential rainfall continue to roll across parts of central Hudspeth County, north of Sierra Blanca. 0.50 to 1.50 inches of rain has fallen across rural areas between Cornudas and Sunset Ranches, west of FM-1111.
