- At 1154 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Shelby, Boiling Springs NC, Patterson Springs, Lattimore, Mooresboro, Earl and Cliffside. - Locations in Boiling Springs along Rockford Road, Cliffside Road, Patrick Avenue, Mckinney Road, Harrill Road, Franklin Road, College Avenue, and Ben Jones Road could see nuisance to minor flooding develop. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
