Description
What
For the first Small Craft Advisory, east winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 9 to 14 ft. For the Gale Warning, east winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 10 to 15 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, east winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 7 to 12 ft expected.

When
For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 1 AM AKDT Wednesday. For the Gale Warning, from 1 AM to 1 PM AKDT Wednesday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM Wednesday to 1 AM AKDT Thursday.
Impacts
Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instructions
Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the vessel for hazardous conditions.
