Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in normally dry arroyos.

- At 1139 PM MDT, A thunderstorm producing torrential rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour has produced just under an inch of rain just northeast of Tornillo. Runoff will inundate arroyos flowing towards Tornillo over the next hour, and may result in minor flooding on local roads. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
