The areas affected include... Clarence Strait... * At 943 PM AKDT, satellite imagery indicated a line of showers and thunderstorms capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. Locations impacted include... Ketchikan Harbor, Caamano Point, Windy Point, Yes Bay, Point Sykes, Cape Chacon, Point Warde, Point Fitzgibbon, Point Louise, Tree Point and Lincoln Rock.

Instructions

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service office. Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
