What

For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 7 to 9 ft. For the Gale Warning, northeast winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 10 to 15 ft.
