What
For the Gale Warning, northeast winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 10 to 15 feet expected. For the Storm Watch, north winds 35 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 13 to 16 feet possible.

Ocean Waters from Marthas Vineyard to Nantucket from 25 to 60 NM and Ocean Waters from Montauk NY to Marthas Vineyard from 25 to 60 NM.
