Northwestern Amelia County in central Virginia... * Until 530 AM EDT. * At 244 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 4 inches of rain have fallen since 11 PM. The expected rainfall rate is 1.5 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
