Overview
FFWEPZ The National Weather Service in El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... South Central Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico... El Paso County in western Texas... * Until 415 AM MDT. * At 216 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

West El Paso, East El Paso, Central El Paso, Northeast El Paso, Far East El Paso, Mission Valley, Horizon City, Clint, Fabens, Tornillo, Hueco Tanks, Anthony, Santa Teresa, Sunland Park and San Elizario.
Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
