Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

Portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following county, Lawrence, southwest Virginia, including the following counties, Buchanan and Dickenson, and West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Lincoln, Logan, McDowell, Mingo, Northwest Raleigh, Southeast Raleigh, Wayne and Wyoming.

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
