Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Repeated rounds of moderate to heavy rainfall this week will saturate soils and increase the widespread potential for flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
