FFWRLX The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Southern Cabell County in central West Virginia... Central Wayne County in western West Virginia... * Until 245 PM EDT. * At 1148 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
