FFWRLX The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Lincoln County in central West Virginia... East Central Wayne County in western West Virginia... * Until 530 PM EDT. * At 233 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
