FFWJKL The National Weather Service in Jackson has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Central Letcher County in southeastern Kentucky... * Until 800 PM EDT. * At 504 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
