FFWJKL The National Weather Service in Jackson has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... East Central Clay County in southeastern Kentucky... Central Leslie County in southeastern Kentucky... Southwestern Perry County in southeastern Kentucky... * Until 900 PM EDT. * At 553 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.75 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
