FFWRLX The National Weather Service in Charleston has extended the * Flash Flood Warning for... Southeastern Roane County in central West Virginia... Southeastern Calhoun County in north central West Virginia... Southwestern Gilmer County in north central West Virginia... * Until 815 PM EDT. * At 554 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
