FFWJKL The National Weather Service in Jackson has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Martin County in northeastern Kentucky... * Until 945 PM EDT. * At 638 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
