- At 451 PM MDT, the public reported flooding along the Rio Hondo, with water at or overtopping the banks of the river. Rising river levels will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. - Minor flooding is occurring along the banks of the Rio Hondo, from Hondo to the Lincoln County border. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Instructions
