The Flood Advisory will expire at 715 PM EDT this evening for a portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following area, Harlan. The heavy rain has ended for now. Flooding is no longer expected to pose an imminent threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures. Additional rainfall is possible later this evening, so remain weather aware. A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for portions of northeast, south central, and southeast Kentucky...
