Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

- At 544 PM MDT, the public reported flooding in the warned area, with low water crossings along the Rio Hondo inundated with water and impassable. - This includes feeder creeks and streams into the Rio Hondo. These tributaries may inundate additional low water crossings. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tinnie, Hondo, San Patricio and Sunset. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
