Description
Overview
At 817 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles northwest of New Market to 6 miles northeast of Knoxville. Movement was south at 20 mph.
Hazard
Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Knoxville, Sevierville, New Market, Strawberry Plains, Blaine, House Mountain State Park, Maloneyville, Lake Forest, Mascot, and Joppa.
