FFWJKL The National Weather Service in Jackson has extended the * Flash Flood Warning for... North Central Bell County in southeastern Kentucky... Southern Clay County in southeastern Kentucky... East Central Knox County in southeastern Kentucky... * Until 1100 PM EDT. * At 856 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
