The Flood Advisory will expire at 230 AM CDT early this morning for a portion of the Panhandle of Texas, including the following areas, Dallam and Hartley. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures. A Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT Friday for portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma and the Panhandle of Texas...
