Description
What
Seas 12 to 16 ft at 9 to 10 seconds and south to southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt expected. Isolated gusts as high as 45 kt possible.

Coastal waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR out 10 NM and Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR from 10 to 60 NM.

From 8 PM this evening to 11 AM PDT Friday.
Impacts
Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
