Overview
FFWMAF The National Weather Service in Midland/Odessa has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Central Eddy County in southeastern New Mexico... * Until 815 AM MDT. * At 522 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Mesonet stations indicate that between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen over the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
