Description
What
For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 5 to 8 ft. For the Gale Warning, northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 9 to 14 ft expected.

Coastal Waters from Cape Elizabeth, ME to Merrimack River, MA out 25 NM.

For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 8 PM Friday to 8 PM EDT Sunday.
Impacts
Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
