Overview

At 240 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Higgins, or 13 miles southeast of Lipscomb, moving east at 25 mph.

Hazard

Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Higgins.
