FFWABQ The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Southeastern Lincoln County in central New Mexico... * Until 730 PM MDT. * At 430 PM MDT, emergency management reported the Rio Bonito has exceeded its banks, which has prompted the closure of US Highway 380 at mile marker 103. Flash flooding is already occurring.

Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding.

Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Hondo and Tinnie. This includes Highway 380 between Mile Markers 100 and 107.
Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
