Overview
At 731 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11 miles northwest of Kenna, or 38 miles southwest of Portales, moving north at 40 mph.
Hazard
Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Mainly rural areas of Eastern De Baca, West Central Roosevelt and Northeastern Chaves Counties.
