Overview
At 925 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles northwest of Washburn, or 11 miles east of Amarillo, moving north at 30 mph.
Hazard
Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

Impacts
Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Amarillo, Lake Tanglewood, Washburn, Palo Duro Canyon, and Pantex. This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 73 and 94.
