Description
What
For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 9 to 11 ft at 9 seconds. For the Small Craft Advisory, steep seas 7 to 9 ft at 9 seconds expected.
Where
All of the area, but warning level seas, especially north of Brookings early this morning, gradually becoming small craft advisory all areas.
When
For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 5 AM PDT early this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 AM early this morning to 2 PM PDT this afternoon.
Impacts

Instructions
Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels should prepare for very steep seas and consider remaining in port until conditions improve.
