Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional details
- At 341 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Troublesome Creek, Cub Creek, Bear Creek, North Turkey Creek, Blue Creek and Bergen Creek. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Evergreen, Kittredge and Wah Keeney Park.
Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
