SVRABQ The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Southeastern Lincoln County in central New Mexico... Central Chaves County in southeastern New Mexico... * Until 445 PM MDT. * At 400 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles east of Tinnie, or 30 miles east of Ruidoso, moving northeast at 25 mph.
