The National Weather Service in Spokane has issued a * Dust Storm Warning for... Northeastern Adams County in eastern Washington... * Until 400 PM PDT. * At 316 PM PDT, a dust channel was 11 miles northeast of Ritzville, or 33 miles southwest of Cheney, moving northeast at 30 mph.
