SVRABQ The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Southeastern Lincoln County in central New Mexico... * Until 545 PM MDT. * At 507 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southeast of Tinnie, or 28 miles east of Ruidoso, moving east at 15 mph.
