SVREPZ The National Weather Service in El Paso has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Central El Paso County in western Texas... * Until 1015 PM MDT. * At 927 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles southwest of San Elizario, moving northeast at 20 mph.
