FFWLUB The National Weather Service in Lubbock has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Castro County in the panhandle of Texas... Northeastern Parmer County in the panhandle of Texas... * Until 545 AM CDT. * At 250 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 1.5 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
