Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated.
Additional details
- At 504 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 2.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Osborne, Downs, Mankato, Cawker City, Glen Elder, Jewell, Burr Oak, Ionia, Webber, Montrose and Lovewell State Park.
Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
