What

For the Tropical Storm Warning, tropical storm conditions expected. For the Hurricane Watch, hurricane conditions possible.

Alenuihaha Channel, Big Island Windward Waters, Big Island Leeward Waters and Big Island Southeast Waters.

Until Sunday afternoon.

Impacts

Extremely strong winds will cause hazardous seas which will likely capsize or damage vessels and severely reduce visibility.

Instructions

Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the vessel for extreme conditions before conditions deteriorate further.
