Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Tropical moisture will be transported northward ahead of Hurricane Polo Monday and Tuesday, bringing widespread showers and isolated thunderstorms to the region. High rainfall rates and repeated rounds of rain may result in scattered instances of flash flooding.
