The Flood Warning has expired for portions of eastern and southeastern Massachusetts, including the following areas, in eastern Massachusetts, Norfolk and Suffolk. In southeastern Massachusetts, Bristol and Plymouth. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures. A Flood Watch remains in effect until 200 AM EDT Tuesday for portions of Massachusetts and Rhode Island...
